The CAT5 building intercom system is a premier video entry system for your apartment, condominium or multi-tenant facility. This system is equipped with many features that help to ensure dependable security for your needs. When the control unit is called from the entryway, high resolution monitors allow users to be able to see who is talking while communicating with them over crystal clear speakers. The tenant can unlock the entryway or can adjust the volume or brightness on the monitor.

Concierge desk stations can be installed to contact security should the need arise. The security cameras of the CAT5 building intercom system capture video 24-hours a day as night vision infrared captures content even during the nighttime hours. The BE-V5-7R and BE-V5-7RW monitors contain picture memory software which allows you to go back and review up to 100 time stamped and dated photos to ensure you know who is going and coming from your facility.

The system uses CAT5 cables which are dependable even in the high traffic areas of your facility. Each door entry unit features 12 VDC electric strike locks wired to the entry unit itself without the need for an additional power source.

The CAT5 building intercom can be installed on up to 16 door units and can be equipped with up to 300 monitors depending on your security needs.
