Returns and Exchanges:

Our goal at BEC is to provide a pleasant buying experience, which includes a consumer friendly return policy. Once you have received your order, if for any reason you are unhappy, we offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee (initial shipping & handling fees may be subtracted from the refunded amount for all returns). Please Note: Return postage for items being sent back to us is the costumer's responsibility.  We do not refund postage paid for any returns or exchanges that are sent back to our store. Exchanges for order items where customer ordered in error may carry a handling fee.

Refunds may take 10 - 14 business days for processing.  After 30 days, returns will be evaluated on an individual basis and restocking/shipping fees may apply. Some items sold are special order and cannot be returned. Please check with us before your purchase if you questions.

Merchandise is to be returned in new condition with all original packaging, and all applicable manuals/materials.

Adds / Deletes and Changes to orders - You will need to go to the BOTTOM OF our "Contact Us Page" and select "Change Order" from the drop down.  Please be spicific as to the changes needed.

Returning an Item

Please write the serial number on the form if the unit has one marked on it. Also, a note explaining the reason for return, include your name, address and daytime phone number with return. Failure to obtain a return authorization could delay your refund/exchange/credit.

Missing or Damaged Items:

Upon receipt of your order, any missing or damaged item(s) must be communicated to BEC by calling 716-689-0871 (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST). BEC assumes responsibility to ship missing or damaged items when notified within 14 days.

Defective Items:

All defective items must be communicated to us within 30 days by calling 716-689-0871 (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST). After 30 days, it will be treated as a warranty.


Chargeback Policy

The charge that will appear on your credit card statement will be “PAYPAL *BEC Audio” or “BEC”. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $150.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase.

BEC Audio does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.

BEC Audio considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase. All frivolous chargebacks not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore:

You agree that if you, the buyer, choose to do business with BEC Audio, and you file a charge back with your credit card company, and you do not win the charge back argument, you agree to pay us $150 for our time responding to the matter. you, the buyer authorize us to charge this amount to your credit card. If this charge is rejected, BEC Audio will pursue legal action to recoup losses for our time associated with responding to the charge back in addition to any other fees explained above. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.

In the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our goods, BEC Audio will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. In addition to this, BEC Audio will file a report with your local police or sheriff’s department, and file a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Inspection Service.

Note: The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to BEC Audio before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Warranty Items:

All items returned for warranty repair or replacement must obtain a return authorization number by calling 716-689-0871 (Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST). Return postage is at the customers expense.
