Multitenant Video Intercom Apartment Building Camera Kit

BEC CAT-5 building intercom systems use CAT-5 cable to increase the security of residential buildings.

Each CAT-5 building intercom system can have as many as 16 door entry units. When a caller rings a door entry unit, the tenant or building supervisor is alerted and a picture appears on a video monitor. If the caller is welcome, a simple push of a button unlocks the door. Door entry units have night vision capabilities as well, making it possible for tenants and building supervisors to see callers at any time. Door entry units include access card access and key code access options.

Video monitors with the BEC CAT-5 building intercom come in several different sizes ranging from 4.6 inches to 10 inches. These color monitors have brightness and volume adjustment controls. Our BE-V5-7R and BE-V5-7RW CAT-5 building intercom monitors include picture memory storage and automatically save the last 100 security images. The CAT-5 building intercom comes with up to 300 monitors.
