The Alpha Communications® SF520ES Door/Window
Egress Wireless Transmitter is for use with the
Tek-CARE®500 Wireless Emergency Call System.
The SF520ES is based on EchoStream® spread
spectrum technology and transmits signals at the 900
MHz frequency. The SF520ES sends supervised
signals to the Tek-CARE®500 system at a selectable
interval, making it ideal for both high security
installations and residential installations.
The SF520ES includes two built-in magnetic reed
switches in a tamper-proof case for maximum flexibility.
The magnet supports a 5/8" (.625") gap, and
the reed switches support a NO or a NC external
contact. The SF520ES requires no physical wiring
connections to transmit an alarm call and is powered
by a 3V lithium battery. A mounting bracket is also
provided.
