The Responder® 4000 SLIM 1⁄4” Jack & Button Station provides the ability to place two unique call priorities from a single patient station. This station is typically installed in the inpatient room, in conjunction with Responder® 4000 SLIM Speaker Module, and allows both patients and staff to place different call-in priorities, depending on their requirements. It can also be used to monitor medical equipment at the assigned console(s) or wireless devices. The R4K15V offers the added capability of placing an emergency call. 

The 1⁄4” Jack input is supervised, so if a call cord or piece of equipment is unplugged, a call will be placed. The 1⁄4” Jack & Button Station is connected to its associated corridor light and is continually supervised for station presence. Through programming, a “Trouble” message can annunciate at the associated console(s) when the station is removed from the system.
