[NT-IP-A9K][DRCR][DR2][IP-6S][Management App] - How to pull the Card / Call logs from the Management App?[
Last Updated 5 years ago

The Management app will pull the logs of the door station as long the PC running the app is:

  • on the same network of the door station
  • the server IP address found in network settings of the door station points to the PC running the management app.
  • the server IP address found in Room settings of the inside monitor station points to the PC running the management app.
  1. under Access / Card Log

Adjust the Start / end dates, then hit the total button to list what card/fobs was used... You can isolate a card/fob serial number, or simply let the logs populate whatever was used. There are time snapshot capture of who was at the door station when you double click the log.

Now, to answer the main question: "How to pull the Card logs from the Management App?"

  • if accurate registration of the card/fobs serial number was documented using the Management app, then you would have the name of the party using the specific card/fob.
  • In a case where the Management was not used to register the key fobs /cards... only initial spreadsheet logs associating the serial numbers to user would give the answer of the who.

The when is answered in the predefined |Start to end date and time selected before querying the logs.

  1. under Access / Call Log

You can produce the same results but this time, in terms of when the push button was used within per-defined start date and end date.

The Management software is a PC based program. Once downloaded to a computer, you use a winrar or winzip program to unzip and extract the file, then you can begin to pull the logs. If you don't have it on your PC/Laptop already, please follow either link to also download this app to be able to extract the file:
