Tips for you regarding your MC-350A master unit from M&S.

In many cases where we've only seen "LIST" on the display, this indicates that there is a room station that has a button that is stuck, causing the master unit to enter into "listen" mode. While in listen mode, you cannot do anything else either.

The way to check this is to disconnect the four wires going to each room station to see which one causes the problem to go away. If you reach the end and only the master unit is left with the same problem, I'd suggest to send it into our facility for evaluation and repair, if possible. An average cost on this service is around $350, and if we cannot make a repair, the evaluation fee is $50.
