SIP Settings
SIP enable: use only if SIP/VOIP route will be used.
Forward Account Settings
RoomNo: 1111 (dialing room number set in Device settings to contact phone/PC/Monitor)
Account: sip:TBD@66.185.27.147 [SIP account if applicable or use IP address of PC app]
The following procedure is to setup the SIP connection to the NT-IP-DRG door panel? [Used the VOIP/SIP route if the LAN communication is not possible]
- access the web interface of the NT-IP-DRG [example, 192.168.68.90]
- Log in the admin interface using the default username: admin, password: 123456
- from the left-end menu option select "VOIP"
- In this window, update the following settings:
- Under [VOIP / [SIP]]:
- SIP enable: [Only enabled if subscribed to the service]
- Proxy: sip:66.185.27.147
- Realm: 66.185.27.147
- Outbound: sip:
- STUN IP: 66.185.27.147
- STUN Port: 5060
- User: [TBD]
- Password:[TBD]
- Timeout: 300s
- Then to commit the change select "submit" to save the settings.
If successful, look on the main page for the statement: SIP: OK

- The following procedure is to setup the SIP / Call forwarding to you mobile phone?
- access the web interface of the NT-IP-DRG [example, 192.168.x.90]
- Log in the admin interface using the default username: admin, password: 123456
- from the left-end menu option select "Forward"
- In this window, update the following settings:
- RoomNo:[add the room number 1111 configured to call your monitor] if unsure, contact tech@becintegrated.com
- Account: sip:[TBD]@66.185.27.147 - [TBD] is either a Ring Group/Individual SIP
NOTE: Ring Group number is a special account that is used to contact multiple mobile devices within the same unit/apartment/user group. For example, a triplex can be setup in the following way:
- Door station account #########-1 - NT-IP-DRG Door station
- Ring Group #1 ##########-A - calls in at once both user - Room# 1111
- ########-1 - Unit User #1
- ########-2 - Unit User #2
- ########-3 - Unit User #3
- ########-4 - Unit User #4
- ########-5 - Unit User #5

For PC users, you will need the following emulator to run the android app in your computer:
- Download the following PC emulator: BlueStacks: https://www.bluestacks.com/download.html
- Once installed on your computer (PC/Microsoft/Windows), download the Android apk latest Version 3.3: :Now you can download the IpCalls app: https://apkpure.com/ipcalls/com.test.ihome
- Now, you can install and run in the BlueStacks emulator the IpCalls app.
For iPhone & Android users, you will need the following link to download the mobile app.

The PC Intercom app is very straight forward to setup.
- from the app menu, please select Settings
- Now, under Room Settings, you match the same info in your Monitor Room Settings. Your Device: for the app will be between 1 to 9. This means that each user app will have a different count.
- Next, we are still under Room Settings, ensure you match the Sync number of your monitor. This essentially clones the app after the monitor.
- When done, remember to Save your settings.
- Next, go to the SIP Settings
- ensure the ON/OFF box is checked
- Your proxy states: sip:66.185.27.147
- each user will use their own SIP account as previously provided. For instance, your user will look like this: User:[TBD]
- Password:[TBD]
- When done, remember to Save your settings.

Here is how to use the above tool to perform a firmware upgrade/update:
- Once the IP_RemoteUpgrade.zip has been downloaded. You want to extract the app from the compressed file using winrar or winzip program. If you don't have it on your PC/Laptop already, please follow either link to also download this app to be able to extract the file:
- Install one of the above program, then double click on the IP_RemoteUpgrade.zip in your download directory (your PC/Laptop).
- extract the program to your hard drive, then run / open the file.
- Next, is the link to your NT-IP System Image - Firmware. If you are unsure of your product model we suggest to refer to your quote / invoice number / order number...
- follow the link and download the desired firmware: after your firmware has been successfully downloaded, use the select button to choose the firmware for your door station to upload.
- Make sure the correct IP address is entered in the IP entry 192.168.68.90 (e.i.)
- Now select the Upgrade button. There will be a notification that will show up stating if the upgrade is successful.
- If your firmware updated/upgraded successfully, then you can manually power cycle the door station once more.
- if the your firmware did not update/upgrade successfully, then we my have to issue a warranty exchange (if covered) or a repair service.
