If/when contacted Intrasonic , they instructed you to send the unit back to Intrasonic. You need the ticket/RMA # from Intrasonic tech support, then go the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd8b5_xlRCopxfTZs07x5voeAP2u7aNfoRiKnDQS6dZvooRhA/viewform

to complete the RMA form and you can fill that out with the ticket # and original invoice # from us at BEC Integrated LLC. & we take it from there.

Intrasonic provides the return label once BEC give them the ticket/RMA# they give to you (the customer).
