In this situation, the inside station (monitors) and the door station keypad public or private pass-code are unlocking the door, however, the card reader does not, though we know it successfully registers the Master card/fob, and the user key fobs.
The solution is in the exit switch wiring lead connector blocking the signal. Ensure to use the Yellow & Black lead wire on the CN4 lock connector going to your exit door or switch only. If you use the Red & Black, this will be the reason of such failure.
Also, if you use the Yellow & Black lead to power your door station, this will be incorrectly sending faulty signals, thus, running into issues with your lock signal.
