Frequently Asked Question
This actually means RELS which stands for release.
There is typically a bad room station that has a broken button, or button stuck.
To troubleshoot:
- remove all black wires from the master unit.
- Any display of RELS or clicking sound should stop.
- Add back the black wires one by one until the issue of RELS occurs again.
- If so, do not attach this wire and hook up all remaining wires.
- If the user wants to know which room station this is,
- go from room to room and press the listen button.
- If the music is muted, the station is good.
- If the music continues, this is the bad room station.
- go from room to room and press the listen button.
- Unfortunately, these room stations are no longer available. So we may have to repair it if that is your option.
