[BE-D5S] - BE-cat5 Series possible error codes and reasons

BE-D5S POSSIBLE ERROR CODES AND REASON:
- Er00- Wrong Password
- Er01- Non-existing room number
- there is 1 possible reason err01 is showing: the total room number on the door station is not set correctly. Go to SYS1 programming mode on the door station by Pushing 1 and *, "- - - - " will display. The enter the 4 digit Admin Password 6666 and push *. If SYS1 is displayed, you are now ready to program the parameter needed. Now, push 4 * to enter the total room the door station is to expect. Press the total room number the door station can call e.i. XX then *. Then 0* to exit the programming mode. This error shows up also if a floor being dialed has never been programmed at the door station.
- Er02- Wrong transmission
- Er03- Conflicted transmission
- This error03 shows up when your input cable is moved to any of the ports 1 to 6 on the adapter layer. The door station cable leading to the adapter layer must go the the input port, not to the any other ports.
- Er04- Failed set of residential password unlock
- Er06 - No response between Gate station and layer adapter
- it is likely that your connection leaving the door station going to the adapter layer is not connected. If the cable is inserted in the input port, ensure there is proper continuity with your pin-outs [658B]. This error only shows up where there is no connection between the door station and the adapter layer. You may get this error is the room dialed has never been programmed.
- Er07- Failed communication between layer adapters and monitor’s
- Test#1 - Cat5/6 wire for continuity to confirm signal input/output.
- If continuity test inconclusive, re-cramp Cat5/6 cable pin
- Test#2 - Use patch cable between layer adapter & monitor [swap working monitor if necessary]. This error will show up is your room is not programmed agaisnt the adapter layer, or the cable is connected to port that has not been programmed.
- Er08- Unlock delay over 255
- Er09- Wrong input parameters of network switch
- Er10- Failed set of network switch’s parameters
