the MC302 is an M&S system and has been phased out.

We  repair Nutone and M&S System. However we only repair just the Master Station and we do not have local tech to come into your area to check or repair it.

You will need to ship it to us for repairs. Also we do not have phone support for Home intercoms as of yet.

Home intercoms have a standard repair cost of $375.00. If the cost is more you will be notified for approval first. If you decline the cost to repair or the unit cannot be repaired, and would like the master shipped back, there is a $50 diagnostic fee, including shipping.

Another option is to upgrade your whole intercom system. So we will replace all of your devices and the only available color for the RetroM system is black and almond.
