[MT][Door station] Door strike lock only opens for a split second or doesn't strike from the monitor.

*** We strongly recommend the use of the Altronix 6062 relay switch [the module] to connect your door strike to the MT series door station.***

If you have a normally closed lock, make sure you’re using the red/green wires from the door panel.
- From the door station:
  Red wires from the cat5 system of the MT series goes to the TRG of the 6062 relay.
  Green wires from the cat5 system of the MT series goes to the GND of the 6062 relay.
  
  From the door strike:
  Wire connects to the NO of the NO of the 6062 relay.
  Wire connects to the GND of the 6062 relay.
  
  On the 6062 relay:
  need a loop from 12v (+) to the C (common) [Red wire]
  
  Power:
  15v plug-in - red wire to the 12v (+) of the 6062 relay.
  black wire to the GND (-) of the 6062 relay.
Check your lock timer setting within the door panel system programming menu (see instructions on pg. 6 of the installation manual included with your system).
If problem persists, check your voltages at the lock.
