How to process a RMA?

There is a single process to follow to submit a Return, however, prior to submitting your returned product, you are advised to have an open trouble reference ticket Ticket####### in our system to better track from beginning to finish your return inquiry.

  1. Get a trouble reference ticket with the support department
  2. Have handy your InvoiceQuoteOrder number
  3. Product model if possible

Which warranty replacement option you need:

  1. standard replacement
    1. and RMA# will be issued
    2. you ship back the defective product back to us
    3. upon receipt the replacement product will be shipped to you
  2. Advanced replacement
    1. you will be billed for the product replacement cost
    2. shipping cost could be added
    3. a return shipping label will be provided to return the defective part
    4. once the defective product is returned, a credit will be issued.
