How to process a RMA?

There is a single process to follow to submit a Return, however, prior to submitting your returned product, you are advised to have an open trouble reference ticket Ticket####### in our system to better track from beginning to finish your return inquiry.
- Get a trouble reference ticket with the support department
- Have handy your Invoice / Quote / Order number
- Product model if possible
Which warranty replacement option you need:
- standard replacement
- and RMA# will be issued
- you ship back the defective product back to us
- upon receipt the replacement product will be shipped to you
- Advanced replacement
- you will be billed for the product replacement cost
- shipping cost could be added
- a return shipping label will be provided to return the defective part
- once the defective product is returned, a credit will be issued.
