When the out door unit call button is pushed, nothing happens. When the monitor key button is pushed, the camera operates but the alarm sounds until you push the monitor call key.
- In the "rain cover" for the door panel, there is a little magnet at the bottom. The panel needs to be seated properly over that magnet to avoid the alarm from turning off. A lot of times, people would have the panel out of the rain cover and wondering why it doesn't work. It's a security measure basically - preventing theft until you take out the battery.
