[B-WSP1][B-WSP2][B-WC2][B-W12][B-W12W-1] Pairing- Holding the power switch a long time does not bring up the "welcome" on the display.

I would suggest to re-program the unit. However, reprogramming is really tricky to explain what to do but we can sum it up as follow:

Basically, with the power off, as you hold the power button, as soon as you see "Welcome!" display on the screen, you press the power button QUICKLY 3-times Basically as fast as possible, then you see "Pairing..." displayed,
and you can go to a monitor and do the same thing to pair the monitor, or on the back of the door panel with a paperclip
