Frequently Asked Question

If you notice that when calling from the door station, there is no led light around the camera to illuminate for night view do the following:

1. checked the pigtail connector from the top left side of the BE-D628S controlling the led light and looked good.
2. confirm from the pigtail connector two wires - the one on the right should have a long reddish strips to it.
3. confirm on the led board as well which way is the wire with the reddish strips located on - must be to the right.
4. now unplug both ends of the pigtail and to reconnect it.

This should solve the problem. If you are still experiencing the same issue after the above procedure, then it's likely we have a faulty led light bulb and we can proceed in the following way:

• if under warranty: we can replace the led light board
• if warranty expired [no warranty]: someone in sales can quote you a replacement led light board, or an alternative.
