Frequently Asked Question

If you have multiple door stations but are unable to pull up on the monitor the camera of your door station or only the same one comes up, the following could be the reason:

1. Either all three door stations are id'ed identically thus cloning them causing the monitor to only see one door station instead of three distinctive door stations.
   1. You can fix this by making each device number one number up from the first such as: Door station#1 is device1
   2. Door station#2 is device2
   3. Door station#3 is device3
   4. ect...
      
2. Either when in need to look at the door stations from the monitor, user need to select unit1 unit2, or unit3... or flat1, flat2 or flat3 depending the the door stations model. [The NT-IP-A9K will be identified as unit1...], and all model as flat1 ...
