The monitor will not slide on the wall mount once the bus (green - Phoenix connector) is attached. The connector protrudes out from the monitor too far and will not let the monitor slide into the slots on the mount.

two points:

1. to slightly pull forward both right/left tips to slide in the monitor to the bracket to rest in their position against the wall.
2. it could be that the phoenix green connector at the back of the monitor is installed in the opposite direction it was intended to be pushed in at the back of the monitor, thus getting cut on the metal frame when inserting the monitor, and causing the monitor not to rest attached to the wall bracket..
