Frequently Asked Question
One can have the G9W monitor receive the calls first, and if no one answers at the monitor, then the next cycle goes to the Phone account or Ring group that causes your phones to pickup the calls. To do this, follow this direction:
- Connect to your door station through the web interface [e.i.: 192.168.68.90]
- Once logged in, from your left menu option select Device.
- in Device Settings, make sure the following two settings are as follow:
- Forward: One by One
- Dial Mode: Cycle
when done, hit submit to save the updated settings.
Now, when someone at the door calls in the monitor/desk/office, if no one answers the calls gets automatically redirected to the phone apps. NOTE: This assumes that the call forwarding settings was already established.
