This is an incident that occurs when the monitor is incapable to identify the door station on the circuit. In fact, this indicates that the door station ID is not the primary one thus cannot be seems.

Here is what to do, you will need to go back in the programming mode of the door station to correct this issue:

To enter main programming first enter SYS1 settings:
Push 1 and * the screen will display "----"
then enter the 4 digits Admin pass-code 6666

The screen will display SYS1, the system is now ready to program. The original

From SYS1 press 1* [Display will now show D02 or else. if you have one door press 1* the system will say pass and will tone this will id the door station is D01.  The system will return to SYS1.]

Pushing 0* to exit SYS1

[Special Notice:] Misconfiguring your door station ID will cause the following symptoms. This means, if you have one door station installed, it is imperative that you set the door station id to D01, if by any chance you have it set to any other ID such as D02 etc... you will not going to be able to:

a) manually engage the camera feed at the monitor without a call from the door station

b) you will not going to be able to change the monitor's ringtone.
