[NT-IP-G9W][G9WS][Monitor][Volume][Audio] - My monitor does not have audio nor ringtone intonating...

If your monitor does not ring or there is no audio but the call is coming through, please look at your volume control and make the necessary adjustment. It is likely that your volume was set too low or turned off. Follow these steps to correct the problem:

  • From the main screen of the monitor, click APPS located in the upper right corner of the screen
  • then, select Settings
  • then, select under Device/Sound
  • then, you can adjust the following option accordingly:
    • Volume: adjust the Music +
    • Ringtone & notifications,
    • and alarms
  • when done, press OK.

Another option is to look at the following location to adjust your volume settings:

  • From the main screen of your monitor select at the bottom left the icon labeled VOIP
  • On the next screen that comes up, select Settings
  • under Intercom option of the new screen that comes up, adjust the "Answer Volume" level accordingly.
  • when done, hit OK
