[NT-IP-G9W][NT-IP10] - The following procedure is to setup your Phone Book to each NT-IP-G9W monitor

  1. from the monitor, on the main screen, select "contacts"
  2. When the "contacts" window shows up, select to add contact by clicking on the + icon in the upper right end of the window between the magnifying glass & pencil icon.
  3. The next window that comes up, you only need to add
    1. Name
    1. phone: here you put the number you normally dial to contact the desired monitor, for example, 1011111, etc...
  4. when done, select "done" in the upper left corner of the window.
  5. repeat step 1 to 4 as desired.
  6. Now, when you access the VOIP to make a direct call to another monitor, select CALL., in the left end list will be all contacts pre-selected in steps 1 to 5.

Here is how to use the above tool to perform a firmware upgrade/update:

  • Once the IP_RemoteUpgrade.zip has been downloaded. You want to extract the app from the compressed file using winrar or winzip program. If you don't have it on your PC/Laptop already, please follow either link to also download this app to be able to extract the file:
  • Install one of the above program, then double click on the IP_RemoteUpgrade.zip in your download directory (your PC/Laptop).
