Frequently Asked Question

Before you start, there will be some settings that will need to be adjusted the first time around from the monitor:

1. select APPS in the upper right corner of the monitor's man screen
2. the select from the list Settings
   
3. select Storage
   
4. then in the upper right corner select the three vertical dots or squares in that corner to access USB computer connection
   
5. then in that window select Media device (MTP)

You are now ready for the next steps.

1. From your PC you will see under your This PC list of your file directory MTP USB Device
   
2. Then select Internal storage
   
3. Now you can copy and paste your .apk file in the Download directory.

Back at the monitor:

1. Now, to complete the install of the .apk app, from the monitor, select APPS in the upper right corner of the monitor's man screen
   
2. then select from the list File Manager
   
3. in File Manager select Internal Storage from the top selection
   
4. Then select 0
   
5. then select the directory Download.
   
6. Now you can proceed with your app selection and installation process.
