If you want to use multiple monitor to respond to a single call number, you are limited to no more than 10 monitors on the LAN side. However, this can be overridden on the WAN side using the SIP subscription.


This section will address the LAN side of the settings. Here is how to achieve up to 10 monitor for a single calling number on the LAN.

Monitor Room Settings will be identical including the sync number. The exception will be the device count will be as follow:

  • Monitor#1: device 0
  • Monitor#2: device 1
  • Monitor#3: device 2
  • Monitor#4: device 3
  • Monitor#5: device 4
  • Monitor#6: device 5
  • Monitor#7: device 6
  • Monitor#8: device 7
  • Monitor#9: device 8
  • Monitor#10: device 9

On the WAN side, all you need to do is to add a unique SIP account to each monitor VOIP Settings. Request to add all monitor SIP accounts to a single Ring Group account. At the door station, add the Ring Group SIP account to the Forwarded Settings pointing to the Ring Group for the desired call number/room number: sip:ring_group@66.185.27.147

If all 10 monitors are to respond to the calling number 1111, this means that every monitor
