Frequently Asked Question

Option#1 :: When receiving a call

• press the unlock icon circled in red below the green phone icon on the screen

Option#2 :: When receiving a call

• press the green phone icon on the screen to answer
  

• press the unlock icon circled in red below the green phone icon on the screen

Option#3 :: When receiving a call

• press the unlock icon circled in white on the white band or monitor's frame down at the bottom.

Option#4 :: Manually unlocking the door without any incoming call

• press the VOIP icon on the main screen at the bottom left corner,

• press the Monitor icon,

• press door/flat from 01-09 according to your door station setup. (Single push button Door station uses flat0#, all others Door0#)

• either wait 3 seconds for the video feed to load or press the camera  icon,

• press the unlock icon circled in red below the green phone icon on the screen

Option#5  :: is disabled

Manually impossible to unlock the door without any incoming call when press the unlock icon circled in white on the white band or monitor's frame down at the bottom.
