How to find out about your device IP Address [#1]:
From the main menu, select the [Apps] icon from the upper right end corner
On the next menu, select [Settings] from the list of icons
On the next screen [settings], scroll all the way down, then select [About Tablet]
From the About Tablet menu, select [Status]
From the status window, scroll down but look for [IP Address].
This is the ip address that identifies your un-programmed device.
Another way to find out about your device ip address [#2]:
From the main menu, select [VOIP] - the green phone icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Then, select Settings],
on the next screen, select network, then a window will come up to add the password,
your default password is: 123456
on the new screen, your network settings is displayed

Another way to id your device from the network is:
- ensure the indoor station/monitor is connected to the PoE switch
- your laptop is connected to the PoE switch
- nothing else is connected to the PoE switch other then both G9W indoor station & your laptop
- from your laptop, open a command prompt window
- type in the command prompt window the following command:
- arp -a
- this command will display something like: Interface: 192.168.###.### --- #x#
- there may be more than one interfaces... use diligence in your selection.
- The IP address listed can be copied to your browser address bar to gain access to the door panel.
