The following procedure is to reset your monitor
- from the main screen, select [Apps] icon
- on the next screen, select [Settings]
- Scroll down the page until you can select [Backup & reset]
- Select [Recovery Mode]
- Once selected, the system will reboot to the system recovery mode where you can select [wipe data/factory reset]
